Happy to have successfully hosted a Friendsgiving! -Main goal being to introduce our good friends to our other good friends. And bonding with our friends that are “family” to us before everybody gets too busy with the holiday season.
I am happy to note that everybody “mixed” well!
But due to my being busy having too much fun, I only have two measly photos. (sorry, no posting as both photos are group photos) It was a whole day of feast and games.
With a bit of twist into the traditional thanksgiving menu we came up with this.
As you can see this was a group thing. -On the bottom is our house logo. Yes, it is really meant to echo Pancake House! as our “loveteam name” sounds like pancake.
That was our spread. We also played quite a lot of monopoly deal.

Right after lunch we played monopoly deal all the way till 7. Only stopping to have snacks, wine and coffee. There were a lot of laughs, stories and friendly banter.
We also had a new game to add to our game collection, care of our friend Stephen.

While we never played it yet, this will be a good game to play on the next “game day” at home.
Thankful to have a “wonderful family of friends” to be with us in our lives. We sure are blessed.
